Letter from Headmaster

Welcome to Edmund Burke Academy, home of the Spartans!!

Thank you for your interest in Edmund Burke Academy. We are proud of our 60 years of academic excellence and warmly welcome you and your family into our school to meet the students, faculty and parents who help keep that tradition alive today. Edmund Burke Academy is located in scenic Burke County. It was founded in
1960.

With approximately 320 students enrolled in grades K-4 through 12, Edmund Burke Academy offers a full college preparatory academic program and comprehensive athletic and literary programs. Although most of our students live right here in Burke County, many also commute from surrounding counties including Richmond, Jenkins, Jefferson, and Screven.

Edmund Burke Academy's small size and intimate setting provide students with closeness and accountability that are often lacking in bigger, institutionalized schools. Prayer and devotional are an important part of daily school life, and Christian values remain vital to our educational process.

Here at Edmund Burke Academy, we strongly believe that every student counts, and our faculty works hard to make sure that conviction is realized.

Honesty, integrity, courtesy and respect for the rights of others are a way of life. If a small, nurturing environment conducive to learning is what you are seeking then EBA is the place for you. Please visit us or call the school at (706) 554-4479 to schedule a visit or for more info.
