Board of Directors Meeting Notes for July 13, 2020

All members were present.  Topics discussed include:

  1. The new fire alarm system was approved and will be installed by the start of the school year on August 10th. 
  2. A RenWeb access fee of $25 will be accessed to every family so the school can move forward with plans for a cashless lunch system and so that all parents have a more efficient way to monitor student progress and communicate with teachers. 
Plans for safely reopening on August 10th were discussed.  The finalized plan for handling COVID-19 issues as well as possible changes to the Open House format will be made available in the near future.
